Haggadah- הַגָּדָה
Pronunciation: Hag·ga·dah
Literal translation: Telling
The Haggadah is a special book that is read (and sung). It tells the story of the Jews leaving Egypt. Each Haggadah has the same text but there are many books that add sermons, questions, stories, pictures, and games to engage the reader in the retelling of the story.
