Muslims in Israel and around the world are celebrating Eid al-Adha these days. One of the highlights of the holiday is Hag HaKorban, where a lamb is sacrificed in Mecca. In Muslim households, including here in Israel, it is customary to make lamb in commemoration of the korban they sacrifice in Mecca.
