Meturbat - מְתֻרְבָּת

Pronunciation: Me·tur·bat

Literal translation: Cultured, civilized

If you've ever driven in Israel, you know that people here drive a little bit differently. If you run into a driver that doesn't signal or doesn't give you the right of way (both pretty common things to run into), you can say he is not meturbat.

The word meturbat is generously used as a derogatory here in Israel, whenever you want to call someone un-cultured.
