Pronunciation: Ne·shi·mah

Literal translation: Breath



If you start to feel overwhelmed or stressed, we suggest taking a few minutes to stop and take a few deep breaths.


Take a slow deep breath in... hold for a few seconds... and then slowly breathe out... Repeat.
